To process orders, we collect the contact, billing and delivery information entered at checkout. Chat messages are stored so customers and support can continue their conversation. Your browser stores the cart and chat identifier; the management panel uses an operator login cookie. For newsletters we process your email, language and consent evidence. Subscription is optional and confirmed by email; you may withdraw through the link in each campaign. We retain unsubscribe status to prevent further mailings. Our newsletters use no opening pixels or click tracking.
With your consent, we retain the Google click identifier in your browser for 30 days and link it to your order to measure orders and received bank payments. Google may receive the click identifier, order reference, date, amount and currency, without your name, email, address or product details. This measurement is not used for personalised advertising. You can refuse and shop normally. Privacy preferences in the footer let you change your choice and remove attribution linked to this browser from our system.
